朝鲜司法机关拘留3名新建驱逐舰“重大事故”相关责任人

据朝中社此前报道，朝鲜随后成立调查组对事故进行全面调查。司法机关根据事故调查组查证的资料，事故调查组24日向朝鲜劳动党中央军事委员会汇报了工作情况。发生事故的驱逐舰未发现其他损坏，现场修复小组正在按计划进行修复作业。“为进行法律调查，拘留了对事故负有责任的清津造船厂总工程师姜正哲、朝鲜新建造的5000吨级驱逐舰21日在清津造船厂举行下水仪式过程中发生“重大事故”。
